The ANNEX B – SS Porma Blg. 32, Revised 2025, also known as the Panunumpa sa Katungkulan or Oath of Office, is an official form prescribed by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) under the 2025 Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resource Actions (ORAOHRA).
