Inumerable, her heirs, executors and assigns that certain Motor Tricycle described below:

            That I hereby warrant to defend the title of the herein Vendee, her heirs, executors and assigns in the property herein conveyed against the lawful claims of all person whomsoever;

            And further that the registration certificate for the said Motor Tricycle be transferred in the name of the Vendee by virtue hereof and in the manner provided by law.
