1. We have been close friends of ALEXANDER S. GONZAGA for more than fifty-five (55) years already;
2. We know that CONCEPCION S. GONZAGA gave birth to ALEXANDER S. GONZAGA on November 17, 1950, in Barangay 4, Talisay, Batangas;
3. We can attest to this fact since we witnessed the birth of ALEXANDER S. GONZAGA;
4. We executed this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements and for any legal purpose this may serve.
