AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS
We MARIO M. GOMEZ and RODOLFO P. VELASCO,
81 and 76 years old, respectively, Filipino citizens, both residents of
Barangay 4, Talisay, Batangas, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and state that:
1. We have been
closed friends of ALEXANDER S. GONZAGA for more than Fifty Five (55) years
already;
2. We know that
CONCEPCION S. GONZAGA gave birth to ALEXANDER S. GONZAGA on November 17, 1950
in Barangay 4, Talisay, Batangas;
3. We can
attest to this fact since we witnessed the birth of ALEXANDER S. GONZAGA;
4. We executed
this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements and
for any legal purpose/s this may serve.
