HARD RESET SOLUTION
Factory reset is a way to fix the problems of a mobile phone. This is commonly called hard reset or master reset. It restores the previous setup, cleans up the broken mobile phone codes and restores the original factory settings.
To use it you need to backup your files, pictures, contacts and other important needs.
FUNCTION OF HARD RESET
- Wipe all data installed on your device;
- Repair system error;
- Removing forgotten password or passcode;
- Removing PIN Code;
- Removed gesture lock or pattern lock.
REMINDERS:
- Before you doing this HARD RESET make sure the battery was 50% storage or fully charged.
- Backup your contacts, messages, etc.

SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 10 PLUS PROCEDURE TO RESET:
- Starts TURNING OFF the phone.
- Press and hold the key in the same time: POWER BUTTON & VOLUME UP BUTTON continuously.
- When the phone shown LOGO, please release all pressed keys.
- ANDROID RECOVERY MODE MENU WILL DISPLAY:
- Select >>> wipe data / factory reset <<< click power button to ok;
- Select >>> Yes <<< click power button to ok;
- Select >>> factory reset <<< for clicking power button again to select;
- Wait for few seconds until we see DATA WIPE COMPLETE
- and then Select >>> Reboot system now <<< done! wait until restart.
