INSTALLATION COMMISSIONING ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION

1.     Read and understand general plans, isometric drawing, orthographic drawing, P&ID and engineering drawings.  
2.     Conduct a JHA before commencing each job, leading to the elimination of hazards in the work area.  
3.      Alignment checking between Drivers to the Compressor  
4.      Suction Filter take off from the Compressor  
5.      Each related Piping Removals around the compressor.  
6.      Compressor removal from the based skid and transporting to the facility  
7.      Suction Filter transporting to the facility for cleaning and each related Piping  
8.      Disassembly the compressor at the facility  
9.      Clean up the casing including that the entire parts  
10.   Bearing inspection (Clearance Measurement and NDT)  
11.    Assembly of the compressor  
12.   Preparation of the Pneumatic Test for the compressor to itself  
13.   Conducting of the Pneumatic Test of the compressor to itself  
14.   Transport the compressor to Site from Facility and install back on to skid
15.   Execute to Pre-Alignment between the compressor and driver
16.   Clean up the suction filter and restoration it.  
17.   Related piping’s restoration on the compressor unit including cleaning 
18.  Final Alignment check between Driver and the compressor  
19.  Replace Lube. Oil Filters Elements  
20.  Leakage Test of the process Gas Line with Nitrogen at Designed Pressure  
21.  Preparation for startup of the Compressor  
22.  Mechanical Running Test  
23.  Final meeting in the client for the performance of the overhauling wet or dry type    Compressor
