AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING OWNERS

That We, JUANITO L. SALAZAR, MILAGROS L. SALAZAR, HERMOGENES L. SALAZAR and JESSA S. CACAO, all Filipinos, all of legal ages and resident of Brgy. Poblacion 4, Talisay, Batangas, Philippines, after having sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state.

That We personally known Rafael S. Esteban;

That he is the true lawful owner of parcel of the land situated at Brgy. Quiling, Talisay, Batangas;

That the said parcel of land was surveyed by Geodetic Engineer Reynaldo Pesigan Jr. dated December 1, 2014 and found out that the exact area was Nine Hundred Seventy Three Square Meters (973 square meters) and more particularly described as follows.

On the North by: Juanito L. Salazar

On the East by: Milagros L. Salazar

On the South by: Hermogenes L. Salazar

On the West by: Jessa S. Cacao

That we are the owners of the land adjoining on the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western sides of their property/ties and that there is no conflict or legal encumbrances between/among us with respect to said exact area boundaries;

That we executing this affidavit to attest the truth that the exact area of the land is Nine Hundred Seventy Three (973) square meters as per plan attached there to for taxation purposes.
