AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING OWNERS

We, JUANITO L. SALAZAR, MILAGROS L. SALAZAR, HERMOGENES L. SALAZAR, and JESSA S. CACAO, all Filipinos, of legal age, and residents of Brgy. Poblacion 4, Talisay, Batangas, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we personally know Rafael S. Esteban;

2. That he is the true and lawful owner of a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Quiling, Talisay, Batangas;

3. That said parcel of land was surveyed by Geodetic Engineer Reynaldo Pesigan Jr. on December 1, 2014, and found to have an exact area of Nine Hundred Seventy-Three (973) square meters, more particularly described as follows:

• On the North by: Juanito L. Salazar
• On the East by: Milagros L. Salazar
• On the South by: Hermogenes L. Salazar
• On the West by: Jessa S. Cacao

4. That we are the owners of the adjoining lands on the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western sides of the said property and that there are no conflicts or legal encumbrances among us with respect to the exact boundaries;

5. That we execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and to confirm that the exact area of the land is Nine Hundred Seventy-Three (973) square meters as per the attached plan, for taxation purposes.
