The Affidavit of Adjoining Owners is a legal document commonly used in the Philippines to confirm and verify the boundaries of a parcel of land. AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING OWNERS

We, JUANITO L. SALAZAR, MILAGROS L. SALAZAR, HERMOGENES L. SALAZAR, and JESSA S. CACAO, all Filipinos, of legal age, and residents of Brgy. Poblacion 4, Talisay, Batangas, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we personally know Rafael S. Esteban;

2. That he is the true and lawful owner of a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Quiling, Talisay, Batangas;

3. That said parcel of land was surveyed by Geodetic Engineer Reynaldo Pesigan Jr. on December 1, 2014, and found to have an exact area of Nine Hundred Seventy-Three (973) square meters, more particularly described as follows:

• On the North by: Juanito L. Salazar
• On the East by: Milagros L. Salazar
• On the South by: Hermogenes L. Salazar
• On the West by: Jessa S. Cacao

4. That we are the owners of the adjoining lands surrounding the said property and that there are no boundary disputes, claims, or legal encumbrances affecting the property;

5. That this affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements and to confirm the land boundaries and area for taxation, documentation, and legal purposes.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 14th day of July, 2025 at Tanauan City, Batangas, Philippines.
