AUTHORITY TO SELL
I, MILAGROS L. SALAZAR, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Talisay, Batangas, am the lawful owner of a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Banga, Talisay, Batangas, Philippines, covered by Assessment of Real Property No. _________________________.
I hereby authorize and appoint KING OMEL T. ROXAS, MITCHE MAE T. ROXAS, THELMA R. CARANDANG, and CRISTEL R. CARANDANG as my duly authorized brokers/agents to sell, market, and negotiate the sale of the above-mentioned property.
The minimum selling price of the property shall be ₱________________________ per square meter. Any amount in excess of the stated price shall serve as the commission of the authorized brokers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The manner of payment, terms, and conditions of the sale shall be subject to the approval of the property owner.
This authority shall remain valid until revoked in writing by the undersigned.
