Instructions for Computerize Daily Lesson Log:
- Your going to change only the first date, and the following date will automatically changed
- This form contains MAIN DL LOG sheet, DL LOG FORMAT Sheet, MON sheet, TUE sheet, WED sheet, THU sheet and FRI sheet.
Let's proceed for printing:
its better for getting started to manually print your documents.
- Print DL LOG FORMAT sheet only. It contains 2 pages in printing. You can find the pattern in MAIN DL LOG sheet at the bottom of the page.
- If DL LOG FORMAT is already printed, you can start to fill-up:
- MON sheet if your daily lesson log is for Monday
- TUE sheet if your daily lesson log is for Tuesday
- WED sheet if your daily lesson log is for Wednesday
- THUsheet if your daily lesson log is for Thursday, and
- FRI sheet if your daily lesson log is for Friday.
- Put your print-out Page 1 DL LOG FORMAT sheet in the printer, print the page 1 of your file on MON, "TUE", "WED", "THU" and "FRI" sheet.
- Then put your print-out Page 2 DL LOG FORMAT sheet in the printer, print the page 2 of your file on MON, TUE, WED,THU and FRI sheet.
