PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SYSTEM

PASAG means Performance Appraisal System for the Administrative Group as Support Staff. This form is used to evaluate the performance of support staff. There are lots of competencies needed to evaluate the Performance Rating such as:
  1. OCCUPATIONAL COMPETENCE under this competency there are Manual Operation Task, Preparation Tasks, Organization Tasks, Records Management, Maintenance Tasks; this task obtain 70% performance of the support staff. 
  2. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS comprises Decisiveness, Honesty or Integrity, Dedication or Commitment, Initiative or Resourcefulness, Courtesy, Human Relations, Leadership, Stress Tolerance, and Fairness or Justice and lastly Proper Attire or Good Grooming this task obtain 20% performance. 
  3.  PUNCTUALITY & ATTENDANCE is the third competencies that evaluate the number of tardiness and absences during the semester, 10% performance was gain in this competency.
NOTE: If you rendered different services in form of emergencies, calamities, disaster, performed multiple higher functions, assisting in different programs or projects and lastly serviceability at all times. You may add .5 for each indicator but not exceed 2 points for the total. You may calculate this portion as your PLUS FACTOR
